The legal basis for the processing of data

The consent of the User in accordance with Section 5 (1) of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information (Info tv.) and Section 13/A (3) of Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce and on Information Society (hereinafter referred to as Elker tv.). The duration of the processing
